York Conferences has over 200 meeting rooms for hire - offering you a range of diverse venues for conferences, exhibitions, seminars and events in North Yorkshire. We can cater for up to 1190 delegates in Central Hall; our contemporary exhibition centre offers 900m2 of exhibition space and we also have a large portfolio of bedroom accommodation for residential conferences, exhibitions and meetings. 

As well as our larger event venues we have a variety of highly flexible meeting rooms, lecture theatres and restaurants offering both snacks and formal dinners - which can be used alone or in combination to cater for your conference event. There is also a wide range of rooms available for day meetings - ranging from small rooms, suitable for interviews, to tiered lecture theatres with a capacity from 130 to 1100 delegates.

Our unique venues date from historical 16th Century buildings such as The Kings Manor, right up to state of the art contemporary architecture such as the Berrick Saul building or the buildings on the new campus such as the Ron Cooke Hub.

The new Heslington East Campus is home to a range of buildings with unique shapes and spaces. The very design of the Ron Cooke Hub promotes interactivity and creativity with an open and welcoming Atrium and a variety of other meeting rooms. The Law and Management building includes a range of large lecture theatres and breakout rooms cabable of hosting confererences all in one building.

York Conferences is a subsidiary company of the University of York and we hire the University meeting facilities on a commercial basis.
